No! Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the basics at a comfortable pace.
A t-shirt, shorts or leggings, and bare feet are perfect for your trial Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sessions. Once you decide to continue, investing in a proper BJJ gi (uniform) is recommended for certain BJJ classes, though we also have no-gi sessions available.
Absolutely! We offer dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu kids classes starting from age 5, helping young students develop confidence, discipline, fitness and respect, all while having fun and staying active.
Consistency is key. Many students start with 2-3 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes a week, gradually increasing as they build confidence and fitness. The right frequency varies based on your BJJ goals and schedule.
